Biography:
3/28/2009: Wrangler just arrived from Saturday night with his sister, Levi. They are litter mates and approximately five months old. Wrangler weighs 42 pounds and is a sweet baby boy that absolutely loves attention. He and Levi just run and run and also play with the resident Collies. They have figured out the doggy doors already. They came from the same Shelter that Sunny, Stormy, and Malcomb and are the same age. Since we do know that there was a litter of six, we are 99 percent sure that Levi and Wrangler are part of the same litter. They saw each other on Sunday and really seemed like they knew each other. When Wrangler grows up he is going to be beautiful. With the color of his hair he will be striking. He loves attention and gives lots of Collie kisses. He loves his sister and is wherever she is. He is quite a boy and lots of puppy fun and antics.
11/8/2009: Wrangler is growing up to be a big and tall boy. He isn't quite one year old and weighs 68 pounds and will most like get to 80 pounds by the time he fills out some. He is such a sweet boy and is very sensitive and gets his feelings hurt easily. He minds pretty well except for jumping up on you which we are working on and counter surfing. He loves to run and play with the other dogs and even though he is such a big boy he is like a gentle giant. He needs to go to a forever home with another dog as he was very depressed after his brother, Stormy, went to his forever home. Even with 11 other dogs here to play with he missed Stormy very much. Wrangler is a really special boy and so loving and sweet.
12/12/2009: Wrangler went to his forever home today and is living in Round Rock with a new Mommy, Daddy, a 10-year-old little girl and 14-year-old boy. He is also living with a new step-sister, an 8-month-old Gold Retriever.
12/13/2009: Wrangler came back from his forever home this afternoon because his new Mom is quite allergic to him and their Golden Retriever as not happy, so they thought it would be best to return him to us. They really liked him and think he is a very special sweet boy. Since this didn’t work out it seems he has found his forever home with his foster Mommy and Daddy and all of his other Collie step-sisters and brothers. He was meant to be here since this is his fourth home he has visited with other dogs that didn’t like him. He has not had problems at our house with anyone at all. They all love him and play with him. So, sweet gentle Wrangler, welcome home to your forever home.
